Imagine the efforts you must go through and the roadblocks you must confront to achieve your goal. Also, imagine the moment or scenario of yourself successfully attaining that goal. How would that scenario look? How would you feel? Imagine as much detail as possible during your manifestation meditation.

Few people know that manifestation meditation can lighten the karmic effect. The karmic effect can be described as the effects of actions we committed in the past and how they influence our present and future lives.
The karmic effect isn’t as literal as some may think it is. For example, it may be common for people to believe that if you cheated on a person in the past, another person may cheat on you in the future. I don’t entirely believe that we would experience the same thing that we have done to others. I believe that the effects of our actions will influence us in the form of positive or negative energy.
In other words, if you have done something negative in the past, the negative energy will follow you into the future and affect your circumstances negatively. Likewise, if you have done something positive in the past, the positive energy will stick with you wherever you go. How I Recovered From Injury With Manifestation Meditation
Manifestation meditation is beneficial for people seeking to recover from illnesses or injuries. I have personally heard of cancer patients who tried manifestation meditation and have been able to maintain a low level of cancer cells in their bodies. By mentally visualising their cells fighting the cancerous ones inside their organs, the patients could exercise control over their health situation.
Manifestation meditation helped me recover from a horrible injury that affected my right hand. In December 2022, I had a bad fall that crushed the bones of my right index and ring fingers to pieces and caused my right hand to become swollen and bruised. The fracture was so bad that the doctor had to insert titanium into my fingers so that my bones could become intact again.
The doctor cautioned me that I may not be able to use my right hand as normal, which was tragic for me. As a right-handed person who also relied on both hands to heal others, the doctor’s words hit me like a ton of bricks. At that point, I could have surrendered and given up on myself. Thanks to manifestation meditation, I regained my mental strength and focused on recovery.
After the injury and surgery, I redirected the focus of my daily meditations to manifesting recovery. Each day, I envisioned an image of my right hand functioning again. I imagined the bruised, purple skin lightening and reverting to my original fair colour. I also imagined my stiff fingers bending again, regaining flexibility and movement. My daily manifestation meditations continued for nine months until, one day, my right hand recovered as I had imagined it. My doctor was utterly surprised.

When practising manifestation meditation, it is advisable to focus on an appropriate goal that is driven by good intentions. A goal motivated by evil thoughts such as greed, hate, and envy may sabotage your life.

Start with something modest and attainable if you cannot decide what to manifest in your life. Remember not to be greedy.
Some common things people try to manifest in their lives are good health and wealth during their old age. Others may include:
- Getting accepted for the job you applied for
- Getting the promotion you have been working hard for
- Completing a project successfully
- Mending a relationship
- Finding a partner for yourself
Good Vs Evil Manifestations
Avoid having bad intentions in your manifestations, as they may create a backlash in your life. I have met someone whose evil manifestation had led to her father’s death. This person was enraged over the father’s infidelity and had wished that the father and his mistress would not be in each others’ lives forever – not even in the hereafter. The manifestation led to the father’s death due to what the doctors concluded was a heart attack. He never suffered from heart disease.
