Meditation is a practice which an individual trains the mind to be in a thoughtless state. Most practitioners of meditation use this form of meditation to actualize their goals and dreams into reality.
Manifestation through meditation is a method to build your internal energy or life force (also known as qi, ki, prana, etc.) and using your charged energy to allow an aspiration to come to reality. It requires proper concentration, a relaxed body, and a calm environment.
This allows the practitioner to release his body and mind away from external distractions, be at peace, focused and concentrated while meditating.
It involves internal effort to regulate the mind in some ways, to clear the mind from all its troubles and ease the mind from anxiety and depression which inevitably can cause one to become mentally unstable due to many issues such as anxiety attacks due to work related and family, high blood pressure, chronic illnesses, stomach problems, tension related pains like migraine, ulcers, joints and many others.
Regular practices allow one to develop compassion, patience, generosity and forgiveness.
It also helps us to focus better with a clear mind when we are not meditating. Our memory also gets stronger and we will not be as forgetful in our daily lives. Manifestation through meditation can also help to increase our energy level and can help us to perform better under pressure and feeling less stress.
With less stress we also prevent or slow down normal aging. It helps the person to be emotionally stable and brings harmony within oneself.
When is the best time to meditate?
It would be better if you can meditate in the morning as early as possible. Of course if you can meditate at 4am in the morning it would be best, where all your surroundings are quiet and peaceful.
If mornings are not possible, then find the most convenient time that you can do the meditation.
You can also meditate at night before retiring for bed. Make it a point to meditate daily at the same hour. Find a quiet area in your home where you can meditate without disruptions of any kind or anyone disturbing you.
Wear comfortable clothes which you can sit properly in while meditating. It is best to sit in the lotus position. Try your best to stay focused by concentrating on your breathing or listening to your heart beat or simply feels the atmosphere around you, the air that touches your skin.
For beginners, it is recommended that you meditate at least 15 minutes a day and slowly increase an additional 5 minutes every week. Continue to do so until you are able to meditate with full concentration for an hour for optimal results.
With perseverance and determination, you will be able to focus more on your goals in life, lower your blood pressure, lower your heart rate, and become more aware of your current living situations in life. If you have the time, meditate more often within a day for faster results.
However,it is always more beneficial if you find a reliable and experienced teacher to guide you on the meditation.
When you are more “into” meditation, you can also meditate anywhere like at the seaside or at the park but make you sure that where you are going to meditate the area is quiet and no one to disturb you.
At all times the practitioner must always be thankful of what he or she has in life. Be happy just to be with nature. This can be as simple as watching a beautiful sunset at the seaside, birds chirping, or watching bees flying around the flowers.
In a nut shell, manifestation through meditation can help reduces stress, increase inner peace, improve mental clarity, helps in physical health, enhance our body energy and strengthen our aura.
